Help with any project migration from older PLC systems.
Examples are:
-> migration of old GE-Fanuc 90-30 and 90-70 projects to new Emerson RXi PAC systems series,
-> migration of S7-300 systems to S7-400/1200/1500 based environment,
-> migration of Simatic S5 Logicad (DOS based) project to S7 PLC.
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) design, hardware setup, programmig and on-site commissioning for PLC controllers programmable with IEC 61131-3 compatible languages
(text based ones (IL, SCL or ST) or graphical based (LAD, FBD. SFC)) for following PLC brands:
-> SIMATIC (series S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500) including redundant H systems; programmable with Simatic STEP7 or TIA Portal environments,
-> Emerson (ex.GE-Fanuc, GE-IP) (series RX7i and RX3i, VersaMax, RSTi) including redundant controllers, programmable with Proficy Machine Edition,
-> ABB (series AC500, AC500-eco, AC500-S) programmable with ABB Automation Builder CoDeSys based software tool,
additionally I know from past experiences the following PLC controllers:
-> Omron (C200H, CS1, CPM1A) programmable using CX-Programmer tool,
-> PILZ modular safety PLC (PSS - Programmable Safety System),
-> Unitronic PLC, Schneider Modicon TSX PLC, Delta PLC, Eaton PLC.
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) configuration and commissioning of visualization for process data at operator stations.
Practical experience in development using:-> GE iFix SCADA as well as the Cimplicity HMI,
-> Siemens WinCC SCADA for PCS7,
and making modifications to validated systems running:
-> Wonderware InTouch SCADA and their Crystal reports.
